Sunrise Somatic Yoga - BARCELONA

A sunrise collaboration in English. Connect with your body through somatic yoga, conscious breathing, and mindful movement. A special collaboration is coming 🌅 @entre.movimientoconscinete is teaming up with @katieemax for our first class in English, bringing somatic practices from Bali to the beach at Mar Bella. What is somatic yoga? "Soma" means the body as you experience it from the inside. Somatic yoga uses breath and slow, mindful movement to build awareness of your body's sensations — including the tension and habits it holds without you even noticing. Why it matters Your nervous system responds to signals from your body. Learning to notice and work with those signals helps your nervous system shift out of stress and back to balance. With practice, this becomes a skill you can use anywhere. How it works 🎧 Headphones on, so you hear only our guidance and the music 🫁 Breath and gentle movement as the sky lightens 🌅 Stillness facing the sea as the sun rises 🌊 Optional swim after No experience needed — just show up.
