Just show up and enjoy a full day of wellness activities with like-minded people. ☀️ Morning — Move & Breathe The day opens with two of the most powerful activities: hit the waterfront with Running Club BCN for a 5K run along Port Olímpic, followed by a guided stretching cooldown — and step into Yoga & Breathwork, a grounding session designed to centre the body and quiet the mind. 🥗 Midday — Recharge Between sessions, the Food & Recovery Area becomes the heart of the festival. Healthy bowls, fresh smoothies, matcha, coffee, and an edit of Barcelona's finest wellness bites — fuel designed to carry you through the afternoon with high energy. 🔥 Afternoon — Turn It Up When the midday sun starts to dip, the programme shifts into its highest gear. Two sessions of Pilates, two sessions of HIIT, and a Bachata class that will have you dancing whether you planned to or not.
