Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath Experience led by sound healing practitioner Jessa Brooke at Altered States Wellness Glade Parks. This immersive journey will bathe you in healing vibrations, guiding you into a state of profound relaxation and inner peace. While you are there, take a tour of our studio and learn about float therapy, sauna, cold plunge, red light and more!
