HG Cold Club: Rooftop Plunge & Wellness Experience

Dallas's first rooftop cold plunge and recovery experience has arrived - and it's unlike anything you've tried before. HG Cold Club is a day well spent: breath work, ice plunges, rooftop mat Pilates, cold-pressed juice, breakfast tacos, live music, and a $100+ swag bag - all in one curated wellness event on the rooftop of HG Dallas. This is approachable wellness, not extreme fitness. Whether you're a cold plunge veteran or a total first timer, our facilitator walks you through every step.
