Join a small group of women for five unforgettable nights in Paris, where we’ll experience the city’s iconic landmarks while leaving plenty of room for discovery along the way. We’ll visit The Louvre and Versailles, cruise the Seine, stroll through charming neighborhoods, linger over meals, and watch the Eiffel Tower light up the Paris skyline. Some meals will be light, fresh, and perfect for a day of exploring. Others will be occasions to dress up and enjoy decadent dining experiences, including dinner with an Eiffel Tower view. Pastries, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, and water will be stocked at the apartment, so there’s always something on hand before heading out for the day or upon return. While we’ll use the Metro to travel throughout the city, expect a fair amount of walking as we explore museums, neighborhoods, gardens, and historic sites. Comfortable walking shoes are encouraged—but make sure they sparkle. Some of our restaurants have dress codes, so plan to bring at least one pair of shoes that can transition from sightseeing to dinner. About Your Host Hi, I’m Audre. I’m an experienced dancer, yogi, and certified Somatic Reprocessing Practitioner, this isn’t a class-based retreat. Movement is how I stay comfortable in my body while traveling, and you’re welcome to join me for an easy stretch, a walk through the gardens, or even a little dancing when the moment calls for it. My favorite trips combine planning with spontaneity. I’ll handle the logistics so you can spend less time navigating and more time enjoying Paris.
