What if home is not just a place, but something you can find within yourself? Join us for an evening of slowing down, turning inward and exploring the idea of home beyond a physical space. Through Indian psychology and mindful reflection, we’ll explore an alternative way of understanding ourselves and our sense of home within. There will be time for individual exploration, guided journaling and connecting through sharing. The second half of the evening will be dedicated to nourishing Indian food — vegan and vegetarian — inspired by the Ayurvedic concept of the three doshas.
