Nestled in a gorgeous, private studio in Knowl Hill, Berkshire, this immersive two-hour candlelit workshop is designed as an antidote to the busyness of December—a dedicated space to step back, rest, and honour nature's seasonal call to hibernate. What to Expect: • Deep Yin Yoga: Gently sink into long-held, supported postures designed to release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and invite quiet reflection. • Mantra 'Lullaby': Melt into the restorative vibrations of soft, melodic chanting—a soothing auditory blanket designed to quiet a busy mind and ease you into complete serenity. • Deep Relaxation: Wrap up warmly and surrender to an extended, restful final journey, leaving you deeply grounded, recharged, and nourished from the inside out. This is an invitation to take a meaningful pause, turn your awareness inward, and embrace the gentle stillness of the season. Your facilitator Katie will be guiding you through this session. With 20 years of experience teaching yoga and holding sacred space, she brings a deep, grounded wisdom to her offerings. In addition to hosting transformative Women’s Circles, Katie facilitates the Wild Woman Re-set programme on a 1-to-1 basis from her studio in Hurst, Berkshire. As a Home Ed mum to an amazing daughter and an ardent nature and animal lover, her approach is rooted in compassion, intuition, and authentic connection.
