November will be drawing to a close and the busy season of December will be fast approaching. This is your opportunity to pause before the festive mayhem begins. To take a breath, slow down, and reconnect with yourself. When life feels busy, overwhelming or simply a little too much, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself. This 90-minute therapeutic breathwork session is an invitation to step away from the outside noise and gently return to the place within you where you can feel grounded, connected and at ease. Through a gentle yin conscious connected breathwork journey, you’ll be held in a nurturing space to soften physical and emotional tension, quiet the noise of the outside world, and listen to what you truly need. Think of it as a moment to exhale before the festive season begins. A chance to slow down, let go, and give yourself some space before December takes over. Allow yourself this time to pause, breathe, receive, and reconnect with the calm that is already within you. No experience needed; simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive the pause you deserve. Spaces are limited. Important information Therapeutic breathwork can be a powerful and sometimes intense practice, so it’s important it’s right for you.
