To reflect on what has been, release what we no longer need to carry, and create space for what wants to come next. 🌿 This September, we gather under the fiery Full Moon in Aries – an energy that invites us back into courage, authenticity, personal power and the truth of what we actually want. Aries asks us: 🔥 Where have I been holding myself back? 🔥 Where have I been waiting for permission? 🔥 Where have I been putting the needs, expectations or opinions of others before my own? 🔥 What parts of myself or my desires have I abandoned in order to feel safe, accepted or connected? 🔥 What am I ready to release? 🔥 And if I trusted myself completely, what would I choose next? With the Sun sitting opposite in Libra, there is also a beautiful invitation to explore the balance between self and others – between connection and independence, compromise and self-abandonment, loving others and remaining deeply connected to ourselves. This Full Moon is an opportunity to come home to YOU. To release what has been making you feel heavy. To reclaim the parts of yourself, your desires and your confidence that may have been pushed aside. To name what you want. To anchor it through your voice, your body and the support of community. And to leave feeling uplifted, clearer and more confident, with the fire to begin moving towards what matters to you. 🔥🌕 Join me for an afternoon of connection, reflection, healing and release as we harness the energy of the Full Moon together. During the afternoon, we will explore: 🥁 Positive mental reprogramming with the Reiki Drum – using rhythm, repetition and intention to help shift limiting thought patterns and reconnect with more empowering beliefs. ✨ Transformational coaching – creating space to explore your desires, uncover what you truly want and identify what may be holding you back from moving towards it. 🗣️ A sharing circle – a safe and supportive space to reflect, be witnessed and gain clarity through the power of honest connection. 🔥 Claiming and celebrating what is emerging – an opportunity to speak your desires, intentions or next steps out loud, be witnessed by the group and celebrate what you are ready to reclaim and move towards. You will never be pressured to share anything you are not ready to share. 🧘 Meditation and mantra – calming the mind, grounding into the body and using sound and intention to support release, renewal and inner confidence. 🌕 Full Moon reflection and release – letting go of old stories, expectations and patterns that no longer support who you are becoming. 🍽️ Shared food and community connection – because community and connection are at the heart of these gatherings. You are very welcome to stay afterwards for extended community time and our shared food offering.
