Spiritual Art Workshop

Connect with your true nature and practice embodying soul-you. This workshop is intended to help you embrace the present moment with your awareness on yourself as a soul. The art we'll play with is less about creating 'good' artwork and more about the process of creation and unfolding a unique representation of your experience. The process is nurturing, playful and non-judgemental and can give you access to healing and invitations into new ways of being. There's no pressure or expectation - you're invited to simply embrace whatever feels useful for you. I'll be bringing all the equipment you'll need including a sit mat but if you're uncomfortable sitting on the floor, you're welcome to bring your own camp chair. We'll aim to walk to 2 or 3 different nearby spots for different spiritual art experiences... all based around mindfulness, presence and expressing ourselves as a soul. The entire workshop is slow, calm and non-judgemental.
