"Walk & Talk for MENtal Health" - Happydashery Men's Craft Evening

A chance to be creative at this beginner-friendly Wooden Block Printing workshop. "Walk & Talk for MENtal Health" have partnered up with "The Happydashery" to bring you an evening of creativity. There is great evidence to show that creative activities and crafts have a positive impact on our wellbeing and mental health. Not only will you get the opportunity to be creative, but there will also be plenty of chances for conversation with other group members. This session will be on Wednesday 23rd September, starting at 7pm. Wooden Block Printing Evening: Join us for a relaxed and creative Men’s Wooden Block Printing Night focused on supporting men’s mental health. In this welcoming space, you’ll have the chance to design and print your own patterns onto a tote bag or tea towel using traditional wooden block techniques. Whether you keep it simple or get experimental, the focus is on enjoying the process and connecting with others. Hosted at the cosy and creative Happydashery, the evening is all about conversation, creativity, and community. No experience is needed — just come as you are and give it a go. NOTE: There is a small charge of £6 (subsidised by the charity) to cover the cost of materials.
