Women's Circle - A space for expression, sharing, truth and holding.

A space to share our truths that we think we are alone in. We allow ourselves be witnessed, held and seen. Live music & somatic practices. Women's Circle 🌹 I invite you to gather with me in sacred sisterhood. Together we'll slow down, soften and reconnect through gentle movement, Sufi whirling, somatic practices, music, reflection and sharing. This is a space where nothing needs to be fixed or performed. A space to be held. To witness and be witnessed. To express what has been waiting beneath the surface. To remember that you don't have to carry it all alone.
