A 6-week Qi Gong block with David of Mindful Movement for Health. Slow, mindful movement for body and mind. All levels welcome. Voicing the Void is delighted to welcome David of Mindful Movement for Health back to Belfast for a new 6-week series of Qi Gong workshops. Last year David hosted a number of Qi Gong workshops during our festival, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. This autumn he returns for a weekly block of slow, mindful movement for body and mind.
