WE WILL FLOW THROUGH A FULL-BODY WORKOUT DESIGNED TO STRENGTHEN YOUR CORE, IMPROVE YOUR BALANCE (A FUN LITTLE CHALLENGE ON THE SAND!), AND LEAVE YOU FEELING COMPLETELY REFRESHED. ALL ABILITIES WELCOME. BRING A MAT OR A TOWEL! PLEASE NOTE: I AM NOT CURRENTLY TAKING ON ANY PREGNANT CLIENTS, AS I HAVE NOT YET COMPLETED MY PREGNANCY SPECIFIC TRAINIG. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING *REFUND POLICY* refunds are not available however, if you cancel the class within 24 hours (by contacting Jessica) you will receive a class credit to book onto a future class. Cancellations made outside of the 24 hour period will not qualify for class credit.
