Join us for a soulful Sunday of candlelit restorative yoga, gentle movement, guided meditation and Yoga Nidra, in an ambient environment As December gathers pace and the world around us becomes a little busier, NOURISH is an invitation to slow down, settle in and give yourself permission to deeply rest. Join us for a soulful Sunday evening of candlelit restorative yoga, gentle movement, guided meditation and Yoga Nidra, accompanied by a beautiful ambient playlist lovingly curated by Dani. We'll fill the room with the quiet glow of candles, soft music, incense and comforting seasonal scents. A warm, welcoming space where you can wrap yourself in blankets, sink into stillness and let the demands of everyday life fall away for a while. After our practice, we'll share warming drinks, homemade seasonal treats and a little time to connect with the lovely people around us.A simple evening of rest, warmth and connection. A chance to come back to yourself and nourish the soul. All are welcome. WHAT TO BRING This evening is all about getting comfortable, so please bring whatever helps you feel cosy and supported. • Yoga mat • Your favourite blankets (as many as you like!) • Cushions, pillows or a yoga bolster • Warm socks and comfortable layers • Water bottle The more comfortable you can make your little resting space, the better. Think soft layers, warm blankets and somewhere you can completely settle. THE PLACE The Old School House (TOSH) Gladstone Mews, Gladstone Road East Boscombe, Bournemouth, BH7 6BG A beautiful, characterful space that we'll transform into our candlelit sanctuary for the evening.Parking is available on site, although spaces are limited. There are approximately eight regular parking spaces, with room for a further four cars to park behind them. These additional spaces will block other vehicles, so we'll coordinate departures at the end of the evening. Please car share where possible. YOUR BOOKING Your place includes the full two-hour experience, warming drinks, homemade seasonal treats and a little gift to take home.
