A neuroaffirming rest and reset workshop brought to you by The Autistic Women's Club in collaboration with Moonlight and Rosewood. Wintering Well is an in-person workshop, created to offer a calm, cosy space for rest and reset in the run-up to the festive period. About the workshop A collaboration between The Autistic Women's Club and Moonlight and Rosewood, this neuroaffirming workshop invites you to explore what looking after yourself really means and discover ways to navigate festive expectations. The session ends with a calming Reiki bath.
