The Power of Perception: An Introduction to Awareness 2-hour workshop + 1-hour sound bath How often do we stop and notice why we think, feel and react the way we do? Join us for a 3-hour experience exploring the power of perception — how our experiences, beliefs and interpretations can quietly influence the way we see ourselves, other people and the world around us. The session begins with a 2-hour interactive awareness workshop, followed by a 1-hour sound bath to create space to pause, settle and reflect. This isn’t about positive thinking, fixing yourself or being told how you should think. It is about becoming curious about what is already happening within you — and noticing the patterns that can often operate automatically in the background. What we’ll explore • How our experiences can shape the way we perceive ourselves and others • The difference between what happens and the meaning we give it • How beliefs and assumptions can influence our reactions • Recognising patterns that may normally operate automatically • How awareness can create more choice in how we respond • Simple reflective practices you can take into everyday life Through guided discussion, practical exercises and moments of reflection, we’ll gently explore how perception influences our experience of the world. We’ll then move into a 1-hour sound bath, creating an opportunity to slow down, settle and simply be. The experience Awareness Workshop — 2 hours A facilitated introduction to awareness and perception, with discussion, practical exercises and personal reflection. Sound Bath — 1 hour A calming, immersive experience using sound and vibration to encourage relaxation, stillness and a sense of grounding. Who is this for? This experience is for adults who are curious about themselves and want to better understand the thoughts, feelings, reactions and perceptions that shape everyday life. You don’t need any previous experience with meditation, sound baths or personal development. You don’t need to arrive with a particular problem to solve.
