The trees have largely released their leaves, the evenings arrive early, and nature gently reminds us that periods of rest are just as essential as times of growth. We are now moving through the season between Samhain and the Winter Solstice, a time on the Wheel of the Year traditionally associated with reflection, inner wisdom and preparing for the gradual return of the light. This Gong Bath offers a peaceful sanctuary from the pace of everyday life—a chance to slow down, settle the nervous system and reconnect with yourself as the darker months invite deeper rest and renewal. On 23rd November, we gather beneath the energy of the Full Moon, which reaches its peak during the afternoon at around 2:53 pm. By the time we meet, the Moon will be almost fully illuminated and shining brightly in the evening sky, having risen at approximately 2:55 pm, while the sun sets at around 4:11 pm, allowing us to begin our journey under the light of the Full Moon. The Full Moon is traditionally associated with illumination, gratitude and completion. It invites us to pause, acknowledge how far we have travelled throughout the year, celebrate what has come to fruition, and gently release anything we no longer need to carry forward. Having recently entered Sagittarius season, there is also an invitation to broaden our perspective, reconnect with our deeper purpose and look towards the future with openness, optimism and trust.
