Rooted & Rising is a one-day strategic reset for women who are capable, busy, holding a lot — and rarely give themselves the space to stop a Rooted & Rising is a one-day strategic reset for women who are capable, busy, holding a lot — and rarely give themselves the space to stop and ask, “How am I really doing?” This isn’t a typical workshop or training day. It’s a small, carefully facilitated experience for no more than 15 women, creating space to step away from the demands of work, family and everyday life and focus on you. Throughout the day, we’ll explore where your energy is going, the patterns and beliefs that may no longer be serving you, and what you really want from the next chapter of your life. We’ll move through three parts of the day — Rooted, Shift and Rising — combining guided reflection, coaching, meaningful small-group conversations, practical tools to help you reset and regulate, embodied exercises and vision-board creation. There’ll also be plenty of space to connect with other women, enjoy a smoothie on arrival and a nourishing lunch, before we finish the day with a relaxing gong bath, allowing everything you’ve explored to settle and integrate. You can expect to leave with greater clarity about what matters to you, awareness of what may be draining your energy, a stronger connection to the woman you’re becoming, and some practical choices about what comes next.
