Breathwork and Sauna - Letting Go

Join us for this restorative breathwork practice beneath the South Downs in our beautiful Yurt followed by a wood fired sauna Breathwork on the Downs: Letting Go Guided by Ian King, breathwork coach and facilitator, this two‑hour workshop takes place within the beautiful surroundings of the South Downs. It offers a restorative journey into grounding, release, and seasonal transition. The session blends functional breathwork for presence, techniques for vagal toning to settle the nervous system, and a gentle connected breathing practice themed around letting go and tension release. Participants will also be invited to explore sound as a supportive form of emotional and physical softening. This workshop creates space to unwind what’s been held, reconnect with breath, and move into autumn with clarity.
