Breathwork with Lottie

Release stress and anxiety, Heal emotional wounds, Awaken your body and spirit What to expect: A one hour session, including an overview of the technique and what to expect, 40 minutes of breathwork incorporating optional holds, followed by time for integration and rest. Please note: This is a small, intimate gathering, I’ve intentionally kept the group size limited to six, to ensure a more personal experience Tickets: Single ticket: £15 Bring a friend ticket (admits two): £27 (Max 6 participants) What does this style of breathwork do? Utilising our breath, we can shift emotional and energetic blockages that we hold within our body. It can allow the thinking mind to slow down allowing the emotional mind (and body) to move through and release anything we no longer need. This can also allow us to cultivate a greater sense of connection and a trust within ourselves - knowing that we can handle, feel, and overcome anything simply by utilising the breath. We will be using conscious connected breathwork to allow us to drop in, release what no longer serves us, and connect deeply with ourselves and our breath. Please do not eat a large meal before hand. If possible, try not to plan too much straight after the session. Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided. Feel free to bring anything else that will make your breathwork session as comfortable as possible. Please wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle. I trained with Breathing Space on a trauma-informed 450+ hours course, and I continue to learn more with each personal practice, and every session I facilitate. Conscious connected breathwork has been an immensely powerful tool in my life to help me connect with myself, my emotions, and my vulnerabilities. Seeing how breathwork changed my life, and the lives of others, I knew it was something I had to train in and share.
