EDI WELLNESS SERIES: SOUND BATH 🧘‍♀️🤎 We’re slowing things down a little… As part of our new Easy Does It Wellness Series, we’re bringing you our very first community sound bath - an evening dedicated to switching off, slowing down and taking a little time for yourself. ✨ Whether you’ve experienced a sound bath before or you’re completely new to it, this is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, unwind and regulate. WHAT TO EXPECT ✨ A guided sound bath experience using calming sounds and frequencies 🧘‍♀️ Space to relax and rest your mind and body 🤎 A welcoming, pressure-free environment with the EDI community Our Co-founder, Jael, is a qualified sound healing practitioner and will guide us through a 60min sound journey, using a mix of meditation, crystal bowls & soothing percussion. Blankets, bolsters and eye pillows will be provided, all you need to do is lie down and relax.
