About this event
Join us for this two hour full moon sauna ritual. Sauna, cold plunge, scent and leaf whisking Join us for the Harvest Full Moon. We will be using heat and cold with rounds of whisking, salt scrubs and releasing the sh*t we no longer need! Tea, snacks and plenty of time to relax.

What is whisking? We use leaf bundles to gently tap, stroke and massage the body and stimulate blood flow, we allow heat to build in the sauna with steam and essential oils to enhance the experience. This is a truly relaxing experience and a way to connect with nature Take time to go inwards and reflect on the year so far
