Holosomatic Energy Experience

An immersive journey of cacao, breathwork, kundalini activation and sound. Every Holosomatic Energy Experience is unique. I weave together different practices depending on the intention of the session and the energy of the group, creating a space for you to connect more deeply with your body, your energy and yourself. At the heart of every experience is Holosomatic Energy Therapy®, which may be complemented by: * Cacao - A cacao ceremony may form part of an experience, creating a ritual of slowing down, connecting and opening into the work. * Breathwork - Conscious breathing practices to bring your attention inward and deepen your connection with your body and your experience. * Kundalini Activation - A practice working with life-force energy, allowing you to explore the movement and expression of energy through the body. * Sound & Vibration - sound, music and vibration to connect, express and shift awareness. * Reflection & Integration - Time to pause and notice what you've experienced, allowing the session to settle . What is Holosomatic Energy Therapy® An embodied approach to working with energy, bringing together the body, breath, mind and energetic experience. This may appeal to you if you: - Feel drawn to exploring energy and embodiment - Want to reconnect with your body and yourself - Are curious about Kundalini Activation - Feel called to explore breath, movement and sound - Want to step away from your usual routines and create space for yourself - Are interested in deeper self-exploration and personal growth - Simply feel that something in you is ready for a change You don't need to arrive with a particular problem to solve.
