Replenishing sound bath

Sound baths can help with sleep issues like insomnia, they can increase clarity and focus and boost mood, and are a valuable meditation practice with real immediate effects. This sound bath will be deeply replenishing, as Kharis cleanses and aligns both the chakras and auric field with a variety of sounds. Kharis begins each session with very light movement and breathing exercises before guiding you into a meditative state where you will be bathed in purifying vibrations of 432hz crystal sound bowls, a Balinese drum, shakers and vocal toning. Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided and it is recommended you wear something comfortable for maximum enjoyment.
