Women’s Circle with Yin Yoga & Sound Bath | Autumn Equinox

A nourishing afternoon of yin yoga, meditation, reflection and sound healing for women A Seasonal Pause to Reflect, Release & Realign Three hours to step away from the demands of everyday life, slow down and reconnect with yourself through meditation, gentle Yin yoga, reflection and a deeply relaxing sound bath. If you're constantly juggling work, family, responsibilities and everyone else's needs, this afternoon has been created to give you some space for you. No rushing. No expectations. Nothing you need to achieve. Just a warm, supportive space to pause, breathe and reset alongside a small group of women. As summer fades and we move into autumn, the Autumn Equinox offers a natural moment to reflect on where we are, what we want to carry forward and what we may be ready to leave behind. Traditionally a time of balance, gratitude and reflection, it reminds us that balance is something we can cultivate within ourselves too. What to expect ✨ A grounding guided meditation to help you slow down and arrive fully in the present moment ✨ Gentle Yin yoga to release tension and encourage stillness ✨ Reflective journaling to create space for gratitude, clarity and self-awareness ✨ A supportive women's circle, with sharing always optional ✨ A deeply restorative crystal singing bowl sound bath where you can simply lie back, listen and rest ✨ Herbal teas and nourishing seasonal treats ✨ Time to connect with yourself and other women in a warm, supportive space You'll leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded — with a renewed sense of balance after some much-needed time devoted entirely to you. No previous experience of yoga, meditation, sound healing or women's circles is needed. You are also very welcome to come on your own. Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the gathering intimate, supportive and nurturing. Contraindications & Important Information Sound healing is deeply restorative for many people; however, it may not be suitable for those with certain medical conditions, including epilepsy, fitted pacemakers or some sensitive pregnancies.
