This intimate candlelit sound bath is designed to support a gentle transition into the new season - leaving behind the busyness of summer and embracing the slower, more reflective energy of autumn. You’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing sound journey using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gong, chimes, rainstick and other vibrational instruments, allowing you to simply rest, listen and be present. Kasia is an IPHM-qualified Sound Practitioner and Reiki Master & Teacher, thoughtfully creating each session to encourage relaxation, grounding and a sense of inner connection. Before settling into the immersive sound journey, you’ll be gently guided through: ✨ Essential oils to create a calming sensory experience ✨ Grounding practices to help you settle and reconnect with the present moment ✨ Reflective philosophy to inspire and support the transition into autumn Then simply lie back, close your eyes and allow the sounds to wash over you.
