Rather than rushing into resolutions or putting pressure on yourself to become something new, this intimate candlelit sound bath invites you to meet yourself exactly where you are, allowing space for rest, reflection and the possibilities of a new beginning. You’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing sound journey using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gong, chimes, rainstick and other vibrational instruments, creating space to rest, listen and reconnect with the present moment. Kasia is an IPHM-qualified Sound Practitioner and Reiki Master & Teacher, thoughtfully creating each session to encourage relaxation, grounding and a sense of inner connection. ✨ Your New Year Sound Journey Before settling into the immersive sound experience, you’ll be gently guided through: - Essential oils to create a calming sensory experience. - Grounding practices to help you settle and reconnect with the present moment. - Reflective philosophy to explore what you wish to nurture, welcome or gently release as you enter the new year. Returning to Balance offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself through stillness, sound and reflection. It is an invitation to meet yourself with self-compassion and openness, creating space for balance and allowing your next steps to unfold in their own time.
