Community Sound Bath

A community Sound Bath for a slice of calm and connection amidst the chaos. Bring a blanket and a mat and get cosy. Join Sound & Somatic Healer Cherelle Sappleton for a moment of stillness, peace, and deep relaxation through the power of sound in this soothing rest practice. Using the deep resonance of the gong and the calming tones of voice, you'll be gently guided into a meditative and embodied space. From there, we'll transition into an expansive, healing soundscape that supports emotional release, nervous system balance, and a restorative mind massage.
