The Breakfast Table is a free, women-only Wednesday morning gathering held in a relaxed café setting. It’s a modern-day women’s circle — informal, welcoming, and grounded — where conversation flows naturally over coffee. There’s no agenda, no presentations, and no pressure to share. This is not a workshop, networking event, or coaching session. Instead, it’s a space to fill your cup — emotionally as well as literally. Women come to connect, share perspectives, gain clarity, and feel supported in a way that feels natural and unforced. Topics arise organically and may include life transitions, work and purpose, health and wellbeing, intuition-led living, or simply what’s been on your mind. You’re welcome to pop in or stay a while. You can listen, join the conversation, or simply sit and enjoy the atmosphere.
