Autumn Equinox Forest therapy session

Join us beneath the canopy as we celebrate the Autumn equinox and take some time to slow down and notice the change in season. Join us for this forest therapy session in celebration of the autumn equinox and immerse yourself in the wonderful wild beauty we have right on our doorstep. This gathering is an invitation to notice the magic of the changing season and the beauty of the Welsh woodland that holds us. The equinox, celebrated this year on the 23rd of September, marks the start of autumn, a time when the days become shorter and the woodland starts to slow down. It is a time of reflection and giving thanks, and a time to prepare for the colder months. We will gather beneath the canopy to honour this celebration. Tucked away in the lush valley of Silent Valley Nature Reserve, we’ll explore simple nature-based practices for presence, peace, and connection. Together, we’ll gently walk, sit in stillness, and take part in guided woodland invitations — noticing, listening, and remembering how to be rather than do. You don’t need to bring anything but yourself (and maybe a warm layer or two). Whether you’re a regular woodland wanderer or this is your first time stepping into this kind of space — you are so welcome. Let the woodland meet you exactly where you are. ***Please note that all outdoor events are weather-dependent. I will monitor the forecast closely and will contact anyone booked for the session two hours before the start to confirm if it’s going ahead based on weather conditions.
