Our environments are becoming increasingly toxic, our bodies are exposed to so many carcinogens and forever chemicals, that interact with natural processes, these are things that we can easily reduce by just challenging the way we think, and what we do. Your body and mind will be grateful. Each participant takes home a cleaning spray starter kit that includes an amber glass spray bottle and lemongrass essential oil. Bring along a notebook and pen to write down recipes, tips and hacks in your own how-to guide.
