Pilates, Breathwork & Sound Bath

What if, for three whole hours, you didn't have to be productive, look after everyone else, tick things off your list or be anything other than yourself? Join us for Wonderful Women Wellness Wednesday — a beautiful evening created for women to move, breathe, relax and reconnect. Come along, switch off from the outside world and spend some much-needed time looking after you. 🧘‍♀️ Pilates We'll begin by moving our bodies with a lovely Pilates session designed to help you reconnect with your body, build strength and release some of the tension you've been carrying. No Pilates experience is needed — just come as you are. 🌬️ Breathwork Next, we'll use the power of conscious breathwork to help you slow down, release what you're ready to let go of and reconnect with yourself. A chance to breathe deeply, create some space and perhaps leave a little of the week's stress behind. 🔔 Reiki-Infused Sound Bath And finally, it's time to completely surrender. Get comfortable, lie back and allow the beautiful sounds and vibrations of the sound bath to wash over you, accompanied by the gentle, calming energy of Reiki. Nothing to achieve. Nowhere to be. Just receive. 💕 This evening is for you if... You feel like you've been running on empty. You spend most of your time looking after everyone else. Your brain never seems to switch off. You're craving some proper time for yourself. Or perhaps you simply fancy an evening of gorgeous wellness, connection and being surrounded by wonderful women. Whatever brings you, you are welcome.
