Guided Meditation What to expect? Learn how to meditate, improve your technique and use Buddhist meditation to increase inner peace, solve problems, reduce stress, improve relationships and find meaning in life. Our meditation classes include a talk and two guided meditations. These classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners. These meditation classes are taught as a series, but can also work great as a standalone class. standalone No special clothing is required. No pre-registration is necessary. Chairs are supplied.
