October Sound Baths - Welsh St Donats

A Sound Bath in Welsh St Donats Hi everyone! You may already know me, but if not.... I'm Sarah and i'm bringing my sound bath back to Welsh St Donats in October. Does the world feel a little too loud right now? Finding a moment of true quiet, for yourself is a gift. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, or you just simply want to unwind, I invite you to come as you are and simply lay down. No expectations, no checklists, no mobile phones, just an hour wrapped in the soothing, healing sounds of a sound bath to help you soften, breathe, and reset! 🗓️ When: Tuesday 20th October | 7:00 - 8:00PM 📍 Where: Welsh St Donats Village Hall 🎟️ Price: £13 per person 🧘 What to bring: A yoga mat, a cosy blanket, a pillow, and some water. Just lie back, close your eyes, and let the sound do the work. ⚠️ Spaces are limited to ensure the atmosphere remains peaceful and intimate. Our sessions in Welsh St Donats tend to fill up quickly, so please grab your spot early! I’m really looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting some new ones too!
