Be one of the first through the doors of Tai Afon's brand-new gym, starting our wellness day with an Open House Spin session led by the wonderful Serena @fullofbeanz_pt, a Level 3 PT usually found @basecardiff_. Stretch, strengthen and reset, no experience necessary. Stick around after to explore the new space, meet your neighbours, and refuel with pastries and matcha. Easy energy, good stretches, better company. Come as you are, mat provided (or bring your own). Spaces are limited, so please only sign up if you are sure you are able to attend.
