The Quiet Hour @HEDD

The Quiet Hour @ HEDD - melt into deep relaxation with a soothing hypnotherapy relaxation session to calm your mind and restore your energy. The Quiet Hour @ HEDD is your invitation to slow down, switch off and take a little time just for you. Join us for a gentle hypnotherapy relaxation session where you can let go of the day, settle your mind and ease into a deep sense of calm. Through soothing guidance, breath and visualisation, you’ll be gently supported to relax your mind and body - creating space to breathe, reset and simply be. You don’t need to know anything about hypnotherapy, and there’s nothing you need to achieve. Just come along, get comfortable and give yourself permission to pause. A warm, welcoming hour to leave the outside world behind and reconnect with yourself. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter. 🤍
