Annalisa will lead you through a guided meditation to support you to arrive on this inward journey, leading you into a gentle sound session using multi phonic singing bowls and Alchemy Crystal Quarts Bowls. All Annalisa ask is for you to come as you are and bring something comfortable to lie and your favourite pillow.
