Understanding young people's mental health (16-25) for Professionals

About the event In this workshop for Professionals in the Manhood Penisula, we will explore common issues that young people face and discuss the difficulty of talking about mental health and emotional wellbeing. This workshop is designed for professionals who support young people aged between 16 and 25. It will provide practical information about young people’s mental health, including symptoms of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-harm and suicidal thoughts, and coping strategies. You will gain awareness of factors that help maintain good mental health and better understand the developing mind.
