Our date on October 18th lands us right in the heart of a powerful seasonal and celestial threshold. With a waxing First Quarter moon growing in the sky, it’s a time of natural momentum and determination, the perfect energy for taking gentle action on what we’ve planted over the summer.​ At the same time, nature is beginning its turn inward. The leaves are dropping, inviting us into a time of "composting" & releasing what we no longer need to carry, grounding deep into our roots, and making rich space for what's to come. ​In this Biodanza session, we’ll be using movement, rhythm, and human connection to land fully in our bodies, cultivate inner warmth, and honor this quiet, beautiful shift of the year.​Whether you’ve been dancing with us for years or this is your very first time, you are so warmly welcome.
