The retreat is being run by Suryacitta, five time author and one of the most experienced meditation teachers in the UK. He is known for his clarity, simplicity and humour. Silent Meditation Retreat Please be aware that these days include lots of silence. This one day meditation retreat is a very simple format. There will be short 20/25 minute sitting meditations then 20 minutes of open practice along to sit i nthe garden or simple to stretch your legs or drink tea. there will teaching and discussion around letting go. Lunch is provided. A silent meditation retreat allows us to take time out from our busy lives and to rest, and to focus ourselves on our meditation practice with teaching from Suryacitta. Travelling from afar? For those attending our meditation retreats from afar, we can provide you with details of local accommodation upon booking. These consist of a range of local hotels, Airbnbs and B&Bs which are available to book for one or two nights, all within short distance of the retreat. Our retreats allow you to hear teachings which assist in greater understanding of yourself, life and meditation.
