The Solstice Within - Shamanic & Sound Healing Journey

Celebrate the Winter Solstice with a Shamanic Journey to meet your Power Animal & healing Sound Bath Step away from the busyness of December & honour the darkest point of the year before welcoming back the light with our shamanic & sound healing session. Join us on Sunday 20th December where Jen & Dave are facilitating a morning of ceremony, sound & journeys as we honour the turning of the wheel. The Winter Solstice is marks the longest night & shortest day of the year, it is a sacred time to pause & turn inwards, as we reflect on what has been, release what we no longer wish to carry and make space for what we want to welcome as the light begins to return. Our morning will start with a ceremonial cacao, opening up our hearts & space to settle, connect & set our intentions for the journey ahead. 🐺 Shamanic Power Animal Journey Guided by Dave of Brown Wolf Healing, you’ll be taken on a shamanic journey accompanied by the rhythm of the shamanic drum to connect & meet your power animal. This animal spirit may bring you guidance, wisdom, protection or teachings for the path ahead. ✨ Sound Healing Bath You’ll receive a deeply immersive sound healing experience from Jen of Solihull Sound & Holistics, allowing the vibrations & frequencies to support relaxation, cleansing, reflection & integration. We will have time for journalling and quiet reflection too. Spaces are limited, so get in touch to reserve your much needed me-time, in the hustle & bustle of the festive season. 📅 Sunday 20th December ⏰ 10am - 12:30pm ⭐️ £40pp EARLYBIRD if booked before December 1st (£44 after this date) Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket, journal & water.
