The Heart Awakening Circle

A guided evening of sound, Reiki, reflection and reconnection. 🤍 The Heart Awakening Circle 🤍 When was the last time you truly paused? Not just stopped doing things for everyone else, but actually slowed down enough to notice how you are, what you need and what your heart has been trying to tell you. This is a space for you to step away from the noise of everyday life and come back to yourself. A beautiful, intimate experience for women who are feeling overwhelmed, stretched, disconnected or simply craving some time where they don't have to be anything for anyone else. Through a combination of sound healing, Reiki, guided reflection, journalling and gentle conversation, you’ll be invited to slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself. What to expect ✨ Guided journalling and reflection ✨ Sound healing ✨ Reiki ✨ Gentle conversation and connection ✨ Time to pause and listen to yourself ✨ A safe, nurturing space to simply be This experience is rooted in my Heart Awakening method, helping women reconnect with themselves beneath the roles, responsibilities and expectations they carry every day. Because sometimes we become so busy being Mum, partner, daughter, business owner, friend… that we forget to ask: What do I need? What do I want? What makes my heart sing? This isn't about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It's about remembering the woman who is already there. You don't need to know what you need before you arrive. You don't need to be experienced with meditation. And you definitely don't need to have your shit together. Just come as you are. We'll slow down. We'll listen. We'll reflect. We'll reconnect. And we'll create some space for you to take that feeling of connection back into your everyday life. Because this isn't just an hour to lie down and relax before stepping straight back into the business of life. It's an opportunity to pause, reflect and come back to you. This experience is for you if... ❤️ You're constantly doing things for everyone else and rarely stop for yourself ❤️ You feel disconnected from yourself or unsure what you actually want ❤️ Your mind feels busy and you struggle to switch off ❤️ You're craving some quiet, reflection and emotional space ❤️ You're ready to start listening to yourself again ❤️ You simply want an evening that is completely about you. ❤️ You would like to meet new people and build relationships with people you feel connected to. You may also bring a crystal if you'd like to, but this is completely optional. Limited spaces available. Come as you are.
