Candlelit Group Relaxation Hypnosis

An evening of calm, comfort and connection. Join me for a gentle, candlelit Group Relaxation Hypnosis session. Give yourself permission to slow down, unwind, and enjoy a little time just for you. Surrounded by the warm, soothing glow of candlelight, this cosy evening is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and the run-up to Chritmas. Step into the holiday season feeling calmer and more refreshed. We'll begin with a short introduction where I'll explain a little about how our stress response works and how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help us manage stress and move towards our goals. Then, you'll have around 40 minutes of guided hypnosis for relaxation, allowing you to settle comfortably, let go of tension, and enjoy a peaceful moment away from the demands of daily life. You don't need any previous experience with hypnosis. Simply make yourself comfortable, listen to my voice, and allow yourself to enjoy the experience. Whether you're feeling stressed, finding it difficult to switch off or simply looking for a peaceful moment in the run-up to Christmas, this is your invitation to pause and recharge. Because the festive season is about more than doing things for everyone else. It's also about taking care of yourself. I look forward to welcoming you for a soothing evening of candlelight, relaxation, and time just for you. Please bring blanket and cushion (or pillow), water. Please wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats will be provided but feel free to bring in yours.
