Date Night with a difference

A hands-on massage workshop for two. Not just for couples: bring a partner, friend, mum, daughter or sibling. Looking for a date night idea that’s a little different? Skip the usual dinner and a film, and spend an evening learning a skill you’ll both enjoy. And it’s not only for couples. Bring your partner, your best friend, your mum, your daughter, your sister or a colleague. If there are two of you and you’d like some proper time together, this is for you. In a relaxed, small-group evening, you’ll learn to give a real massage, then take turns to give and receive. In two hours you’ll learn: • Neck and shoulder massage: release the tension we all carry, step by step • Back massage: flowing, confident techniques, with the right pressure and where to avoid • Head massage: a deeply calming finish You’ll leave with: • Techniques you can repeat at home, whenever you fancy a night in • The confidence to massage safely and well • Time together with no phones, no screens and no pressure Good to know: • No experience needed • Everything is provided: mats, towels and oils. Just wear something comfortable. • Just 3 pairs per evening, so you get proper hands-on guidance • Minimum age 16 (under 18s need a parent or guardian to sign the consent form) • You’ll complete a short health and consent form, and please tell us about any injuries, allergies or skin sensitivities when booking Price: £150 per pair Your teacher: Carley Mellors-Blair has worked in holistic health for nearly 30 years and has helped over 30,000 people.
