This workshop is for you if you: • Are looking for ways to manage stress and emotions • Want to shift the feeling of being constantly tired or depleted • Feel ready to release stagnant energy • Want to support a deep reset of your nervous system We will begin with gentle movement and bodywork to open the body and prepare it for breathwork. We will then use breath, music and movement to journey through the seven chakras, awaken your life force, uplift your mood and restore your natural flow.
