Free 30min health checks with the Health Defence team from Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland. Health Checks @ Carnoustie Parkview Medical Practice Book your 30 minute, free appointment for a health check with the Health Defence team from Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland. Our health checks include a blood pressure check, cholesterol screening, BMI calculation, and waist measurement. Each appointment will include the checks, followed by a chat with a member of the team who will go through your results and provide you with personalised lifestyle recommendations for optimal health. Each appointment lasts 30 minutes and starts at the allocated time on your ticket.
