An evening of guided meditation, gentle breathwork and sound, created to help you slow down, switch off and deeply relax. A little wintering. As the leaves fall and the days grow shorter, there’s an invitation to slow down and let go. These evenings bring together gentle breathwork for relaxation, guided meditation where my voice takes the lead, accompanied by the sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and chimes. What makes this experience special is the space between, moments of silence to settle, turn inwards and let go of what you feel ready to release.
