Making Comics Together

Learn about the collaborative process of making comics. This event will consider the collaborative process of making comics, with an emphasis on some the research based and educational, and science communication comics produced at the University of Dundee. Meet some of the comics creators involved in making these comics, some of which will be available for free at the event. Participants will be able to take part in a short workshop on making comics, producing a short comic strip. This event takes place in the Lost Galaxy comic shop and is open to the public, though space is limited so booking is required. This event is part of Being Human Festival, the UK’s national festival of the humanities, taking place 5-14th November 2026. Led by the School of Advanced Study, University of London, in partnership with the Arts and Humanities Research Council and the British Academy.
