Sauna & Yoga

A recovery-focused, calm and cozy in-person Sauna & Yoga experience. Sauna & Yoga is a calm, cozy in-person thermal therapy event for a general-public audience. RECOVERY: YOGA’S GOT HOTTER! Join us for an autumnal thermal therapy experience on Sunday 25th October, 11am–2pm. Created exclusively for YGH clients, the experience brings together Cairn Sauna, led by Darren and Eve, and Janine from YGH. Darren is a qualified sauna practitioner and certified advanced breath trainer. Eve is a clinical metabolic health and somatic specialist, and Janine is a 700-RYT. Together, they’ll guide you through three ways to calm and train the body, mind and spirit, supporting a sense of ease and satisfaction. What to expect • Energising Yoga Flow: Begin with a warming yoga practice to prepare the body. • Traditional Sweat-Bathing: Experience the Cairn Sauna with botanicals, steam and compresses. • Breath Training & Body Positioning: Explore techniques designed to support restoration, regulation and relaxation. • Deep Relaxation & Nidra: Finish with a deeply restorative Nidra practice and leave feeling completely reset.
